Key Responsibilities
Clinical
- Conduct consultations and skin assessments
- Develop personalized acne treatment plans
- Perform and supervise treatments
- Manage side effects and follow-ups
- Communicate with the physician when required
Team Leadership
- Supervise and support a team of aestheticians
- Ensure clinic protocols and standards are respected
- Provide structure, guidance, and accountability
- Act as the clinical reference for the team
Performance & KPIs
- Work with the team to achieve clinic objectives
- Monitor performance and results

Administrative
- Ensure proper documentation of consultations and client files
- Enforce clinic procedures and administrative directives

- Support clients throughout their skin journey

Requirements
- Licensed Nurse (OIIQ or equivalent)
- Experience in medical aesthetics or dermatology (asset)
- Experience in team leadership or supervision (required)
- Bilingual: French & English (mandatory)
